Return policy on customer remorse
If you happen to change your mind, all items can be returned within a 14 day period, starting from the day after you receive your order. Please notify us for a seamless return process via email at email@example.com
We only accept returns for customer remorse on the following conditions:
1) All items most be returned within 14 days starting from the delivery day of your order.
2) For products with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopened.
3) The products must be in its original packaging with all original accessories.
4) In cases of customer remorse returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
5) A 10% fee will be deducted from the total order amount to cover the cost of labour and administrative fee.
Return policy on damaged, wrong or dysfunctional products.
After receiving your delivery, if you find any product shortages, damaged, wrong or dysfunctional please contact us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any claims will only be accepted if received in writing within 3 days of the delivery date. On receipt of this notification, we will conduct a full investigation before informing you of the outcome.
We would require photographic evidence for any damages.
After the investigation is concluded we will inform you of our decision whether you need to return the items or we can arrange a credit or refunds.
In the aforementioned case, you will have 14 days to return these products and get refund or replacement. This period starts from the day after we have given you a return notice.
You will not be charged for return shipping costs when returning an item that arrives damaged, wrong or dysfunctional, as the shipping costs will be paid by us.
Cancelling an order
Once payments has been made, you have 24 hours before shipment date to cancel your order.
We will refund you minus 10% deducted from the total order amount to cover the cost of labour and administrative fee.
In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason of return.
The refund will be initiated once your products are received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team.
In the case of order cancellation before shipment, a refund will be initiated immediately after cancellation request.
Once the refund process is being initiated, it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund.
Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
