As a wholesale business, we do have a minimum order amount of 10,000 pounds sterling.
You are responsible for payments due for any products ordered. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to submit the payment to us in full. You shall be responsible for any costs of collection for overdue payments. Your purchases may be subject to governmental taxes.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
You are responsible for payments due for any products ordered. We only accept payments through TT Bank transfer. Our company account details will be clearly stated on the payment invoice after an order is made. The payment of the purchase price is considered an advance payment. Any and all invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed between the Purchaser and us.
8. SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING
All goods sold by us are on delivery basis only. We do not have the facilities where customers can pickup goods. We are doing our best to ship each delivery as soon as possible. For delivery times, please allow approximately 3-5 business days after shipment. Please also allow an extra working day for delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations. The inventory status may change before we can ship your order. For your consideration, if we are no longer able to ship the product you ordered, we will contact you by phone or email. From time to time there might be such a situation like natural disasters and calamities which can affect the delivery process. We will contact you if your order is delayed due to natural disasters or calamities. will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you.
If we do not receives no communication from you, within 3 working day of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
9. VAT (SALES TAX)
We are charging sales tax for merchandise ordered based on UK sales tax rate. A tax of 20% is applied for all orders made and paid for within the UK. Any orders made and paid for from outside the UK, the tax is not taken into account.
10. CANCELLATION RIGHT
you have 24 hours before shipment date to cancel your order. We will refund you minus 10% deduction from the total order amount to cover the cost of labour and administrative fee.
